From a casual summer cookout to a formal wedding reception, our creative culinary staff serves the area’s best cuisine.  Our banquet menus offer a delicious array of tempting foods from appetizers to desserts, and everything in between.  We will work closely with you to help plan your event and welcome the opportunity to create a unique menu to fit both your personal preferences and the theme of your special occasion - at a price tailored to your budget.

  • Numbers will vary based on other requirements ie; entertainment, dance floor
  • To secure the full facility (Grill, Dining Room and/or Deck) may require a Food and Beverage minimum.
  • Awbrey Glen cannot be responsible for materials or equipment left by patrons.
  • No outside food or beverage is allowed to be brought into the facility without prior arrangements.
  • Awbrey Glen must be notified of the exact number of guests attending a function by 12:00 noon, 72 hours prior to the date of your event.  This number will be considered your guarantee, for which you will be responsible, and may not be reduced after this time.
  • All Food and Beverage is subject to an 18% Service Charge.
  • In the event of cancellation of a function, a charge will be made on the following basis: (A) Less than one week prior to the event, 50% of the estimated contracted function price.  (B) Less then 48 hours prior to the event, 75% of the estimated contracted function price.
  • Payment is due at the conclusion of the event unless other arrangements are made prior to the event.
