Thank you for your interest in having your special occasion at The Restaurant at Awbrey Glen Golf Club.  From a casual summer cookout to a formal wedding reception, our creative culinary staff is prepared to dazzle your guests. Our banquet menus offer a delicious array of tempting foods from appetizers to desserts, and everything in between. We will work closely with you to help plan your event, and welcome the opportunity to create a unique menu to fit both your personal preferences and the theme of your special occasion. §        Numbers will vary based on other requirements ie; entertainment, dance floor

§        To secure the Full Facility (Grill, Dining Room and/or Deck) may require a Food and Beverage minimum.

§        Awbrey Glen cannot be responsible for materials or equipment left by patrons.

§        No outside food or beverage is allowed to be brought into the facility without prior arrangements.

§        Awbrey Glen must be notified of the exact number of guests attending a function by 12:00 noon, two business days prior to the date of your event.  This number will be considered your guarantee, for which you will be responsible, and may not be reduced after this time.

§        All Food and Beverage is subject to an 18% Service Charge. 

§        In the event of cancellation of a function, a charge will be made on the following basis: (A) Less than one week prior to the event, 50% of the estimated contracted function price.  (B) Less then 48 hours prior to the event, 75% of the estimated contracted function price. 

§        Payment is due at the conclusion of the event unless other arrangements are made prior to the event.

Cake Service cut by Awbrey Glen Staff     $1.00 per person

Chairs for Event Site                                  $1.50 per person
